WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
- We accept payments made by card from various brands,
- PayPal and
- Cash on delivery.
CAN I BUY ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?
You can make international purchases and payments via PayPal or credit card.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Any changes to the order can be made by contacting us via Instagram DM, WhatsApp +81 9017480033/ or the company's landline 0568-71-3121.
DO YOU OFFER ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within Japan.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
In the case of product exchange, it will only be accepted with notice at least 3 days after the product arrives at your home.
Promotional beachwear items are not exchangeable.
Discounted products (on sale) cannot be exchanged.
The exchange is made after the product is sent to the company, as soon as the product is received at the store and we will send the new exchange piece.
The shipping cost for the product is the customer's responsibility and the shipping cost for the delivery of the new chosen product is paid by the company.
We do not offer cash refunds, we only exchange for a different size or product. If the choice is for a different price, the amount can be paid upon delivery of the new product.
What precautions should I take when receiving my order?
Here are some things to keep in mind when receiving your order:
- If you notice that the packaging is tampered with, open, or damaged, please do not accept the order . Refuse the package and notify the shipping company , and then Século 21, by phone (090) 1748-0033 or by email lojaseculo21japan@gmail.com so that the shipping insurance can be activated.
- Due to the large number of orders, minor damage may occur to the packaging and/or products. Therefore , they must be inspected upon delivery. If possible, have videos and/or photos of the packaging upon receipt.
- If you accept a package that isn't in perfect condition, you will lose your right to file a claim. By receiving and signing for the delivery, you accept the packaging conditions, and shipping insurance will not be available.
