Defects

All parts are properly inspected before shipment and are sent with inspection seals for better customer service.
If you make a purchase and the item is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In case of defect, the product will be exchanged or the money may be refunded.
In case of cancellation, purchases made with the card will be refunded by your bank's operator.

Exchange and Return

In the case of product exchange, it will only be accepted with notice at least 3 days after the product arrives at your home.

Discounted products (on sale) cannot be exchanged.

Promotional beachwear items cannot be exchanged.

The exchange is made after the product is sent to the company, as soon as the product is received at the store and we will send the new exchange piece.
The shipping cost for the product is the customer's responsibility and the shipping cost for the delivery of the new chosen product is paid by the company.

We do not offer cash refunds, we only exchange for a different size or product. If the choice is for a different price, the amount can be paid upon delivery of the new product.
